STATEMENT OF INTEREST |
|
| As
professional architects in private practice today we have proven ourselves
capable of solving our clients’ need for three-dimensional space. The
forty plus years of the firm’s history includes a variety of project
types from educational facilities and hospitals to custom residences.
However, the design of public facilities has been over ninety percent of
our business. We have proven numerous times that we are capable of
producing two-dimensional plans that can provide a contractor the means in
which to construct three-dimensional space that our clients’ and their
constituents can use and enjoy as intended for decades to come.
The firm has master planned, designed, remodeled or modernized and overseen the construction of elementary schools to universities in addition to other public facilities. Many of these projects include multi-purpose buildings and/or gymnasiums. The firm also has experience working for cities and parks and recreation districts designing projects similar to the purposed Youth/Community Center in this project. Each project has posed a separate and unique problem that has generated a comprehensive solution by successfully translating the ideas and goals of our clients into an aesthetically, well-designed and well-built structure capable of providing decades of use. Our knowledge of the elements associated with defining and solving our clients’ need for space combined with our knowledge and experience with institutional/public facilities will produce architecture that will promote and enhance the users environment. Our firm’s interest in designing institutional and public facilities is not just another project but a desire to share the process and knowledge of design that we have established and acquired over several decades. It is the firm’s perpetual goal to provide architecture that is not only aesthetically pleasing to form and function, but is also economical, efficient, safe and conducive to the environment. |
